William "Bill" Jeter joined his father, Norman, and brother, Joe, in the practice of law in 1975. Bill has a wide-ranging civil practice, and he has served as County Counselor for Ellis County, Kansas, since 1986.

Christopher Sook joined the firm in January 2017 and is now the firm's managing partner. Chris has a diverse civil practice, assisting clients in several areas of law, and is a life long Kansan.

Todd Powell joined the firm as a partner October 1, 2025. Todd has practiced law since 1998 and brings a diverse background in legal matters, having previously been in private practice for 10 years in Hays before joining Jeter Law Firm, but also having practiced at the Topeka firm previously known as Cavanaugh, Smith & Lemon, P.A..
