MAKE A PAYMENT

At Jeter Law Firm, we understand that life can be fast-paced.  Sometimes, making it to the post office is not a part of your plan for the day.  For your convenience, the firm now accepts online payments as outlined below.  Payments can be made using select credit cards or from a bank account via eCheck.

If you have an existing invoice for services provided, or have spoken to an attorney with our firm about submitting an advance payment retainer to engage our firm to represent you, please click on the appropriate button below.  You'll be directed to a payment page through our secure payment processing partner, Abacus.  ​

Effective July 1, 2026, a 3% processing fee will be added to all payments made by credit card.  This fee applies only to payments made on existing invoices. Payments made to Trust accounts, including retainers and retainer replenishments, are not subject to this fee.  Clients may avoid the processing fee by paying via cash, check , or online by debit card or ACH/eCheck payment.  If you have questions regarding payment options, please contact our office.

 

If you do not have an existing invoice or have not been directed to submit a retainer, do not submit any payments via this portal.  Mere submission of a payment without an agreement from our firm to provide representation does not create an attorney-client relationship.
