At Jeter Law Firm, we serve many clients of different ages and backgrounds. Some of our clients are older, and some have suffered from – or presently suffer – underlying health issues making them more susceptible to serious harm from COVID-19. To do our part to combat the spread of COVID-19 and protect our clients, employees, and their families, please note the following:

 

• Pursuant to the City of Hays mandate requiring the use of masks/face coverings in public spaces, we ask that all of our visitors at the Hays office put on a mask while in our lobby and, as necessary, within the rest of our office space.  In addition, while you are here, please do your best to maintain at least six feet of distance between yourself and others who are not in your party.

• If no one is in the lobby to greet you, someone will shortly, but please DO NOT ENTER the rest of our office until we have indicated it is okay to do so.

 ​​

• Except for deliveries, we continue to discourage drop-in traffic at our lobby.  Please schedule any appointments in advance.

 

• Where possible, we continue to encourage telephone and video conferencing rather than in-person appointments.
