Ashley D. Comeau joined the firm "Of Counsel" in 2019.  Ashley's practice encompasses a broad range of civil matters, including civil litigation, business and corporate law, real estate law, and estate planning.

In addition to previous experience as corporate, in-house counsel, Ashley formerly worked as a civil litigation attorney at the Kansas City firm of Wagstaff & Cartmell, LLP.  She is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Kansas.

Ashley is a member of the Kansas and Ellis County Bar Associations, the Kansas Women Attorneys Association, a board member for Downtown Plainville, Inc., a Trustee of the Kansas Bar Foundation, and an adjunct professor at Fort Hays State University. In 2022, she was appointed to serve on the Rural Justice Initiative Committee, led by Kansas Supreme Court Justice KJ Wall.
